Yoghurt kelapa

Cara Buat yoghurt kelapa

Takaran : 4 gelas

Bahan :
– Susu cair 500 ml –
– Gula pasir 150 gram –
– Kelapa muda 200 gram –
– Air matang 100 ml –
– Vanilli cair 1 sdt –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur kelapa muda dan air, blender hingga halus, sisihkan.
2. Campur susu cair, vanilli dan gula pasir. Masak hingga mendidih.
3. Capurkan jus kelapa dan susu rebus.
4. Blender campuran tersebut hingga lembut dan tercampur rata.
5. Siapkan gelas saji, tuang milkshake hingga penuh. Sajikan segera.
